It would have been better if started a few hours earlier. The rest stops were great, but more savoury offerings and buckets of water to dip hats and sponges to keep cool would have been a big help in the heat.

The coach was there far too early prior to event it meant sitting for an hour and half prior to start especially on a hot day. Everything else excellent and staff was so helpful.

I thought the new race was a real success. The aid stations were well stocked with friendly volunteers. I thought it was lovely that a couple of unofficial aid stations turned up at “ The Boat and Bean” Wateringbury who were really enthusiastic and another by the lock at Tonbridge set up by some runners and had water, Haribo and super soakers! Yet again the weather turned up for you and not necessarily in a good way and this race is going to get a reputation! My only slight criticism is that I thought the signage could have been more frequent. On a couple of occasions I nearly missed a turn especially towards the end when my brain wasn’t really working. Thank you for putting on a great local event!!

So hot on the day, but aid stations supplied tailwind amongst numerous other drinks and food.

Putting to one side the heat, from being transported to the start (the cafe was amazing), to the course and the way it was marked, the aid stations, the volunteers and basically everything it was a fantastic event.

I probably would have had checkpoint 1 a bit later than 4k and checkpoint 3 a bit earlier. The checkpoint Marshalls were so so helpful and kind and the offering was fantastic. Despite the hot weather I couldn’t fault this event it was great.

Well organised with well stocked refreshment stops - great scenery

Forth time returning to Embrace races and it is always friendly, well organised and I come home with a smile. Did the Castle Trails 30km and it was great for a seasoned runner or a beginner. Loved it! 4 rounds and f tea at the end from the brilliant volunteers 2 teas 1 with sugar! Thank you

They are just the most friendly, supportive and wonderful events. Really well organised and executed. Their community and ambassadors love and support their events because they don't put a step wrong. This was an incredibly well organised and thoroughly enjoyable event. - Better/More signs for indicating the right way
- More water supply stations (especially when its hot)

Lots of support along the way. Aid stations well-staffed with a wide variety of snacks. Information sent out before the event was clear and well set-out (& not too much of it!). A long time allowance to complete, which made it relaxing and unstressful for the less speedy runner (me). Altogether a great event. Would definitely do again (once the legs have recovered).
